Bernard Benson

Mr. Benson’s early career was with The Boeing Company, where he was recognized by NASA and the US Air Force for technical excellence and innovation involving Space shuttle and other projects, winning several awards. His last assignment with Boeing was as Vice President of Engineering, Marketing, and Worldwide Sales for the Boeing Construction Equipment Company, a producer of asphalt production plants. Mr. Benson holds several patents relating to improved process plant design and improvement and was awarded Boeing’s second highest patent award for his inventions related to asphalt recycling.

In the late-eighties, Mr. Benson led a successful purchase of the enterprise from Boeing and renamed the company, BMG Corporation.  In 1990, he purchased Seltec Corporation, a producer of aftermarket asphalt and concrete plant controls.  He has since led the initiative to transform the company’s offering to state-of-the-art software systems and services for the Aggregate, Concrete and Asphalt industry in North America.

Mr. Benson, long recognized in the construction materials industry as an expert in plant productivity and engineering, has more recently been recognized for his success in assisting the construction material vertical’s drive to leverage “general purpose” computing technologies and software to modernize operations, reduce operating cost and achieve higher overall profits.  

Most recently he co-founded BCMI Corp, to modernize operations using mobile devices and cloud base, LAMP technology.

Mr. Benson is a P.E., and holds an MS degree in Engineering from the University of Washington



David "Craig" Yeack

Craig started his professional career at Battelle, the world's largest non-profit research laboratory. His role focused on mathematical algorithm development for computer aided design and machining, with the group ultimately commercializing a successful CAD/CAM software product through a venture backed spin-off. While at Battelle, he also contributed to mathematical algorithms and technology for non-invasive measurement of blood constituents using near infra-red spectrographic analysis, targeted toward the commercialization of diabetes testing devices. 

After Battelle, Craig held Vice President roles at two independent software vendors Alkon Corp and BMG Seltec (now both dba as CommandAlkon) serving the international mining and construction materials industry. His roles included leading software development, service, and professional service. He has also worked closely with venture capital and private equity concerns, helping onboard and integrate acquisitions such as Track IT, a mobile phone based truck tracking system. His primary expertise is specialized software development and services for vertical integration with mainline ERP for large, enterprise applications. 

After BMG Seltec, Craig held the position of Global IT Director for Business Process at Hanson PLC (now dba Heidelberg Cement AG). He joined Hanson at the invitation of executive management to globalize IT operations spanning 1600 locations in 14 countries through Governance, Architecture and Outsourcing. 

Craig holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.  Craig was awarded patents through General Motors and has published several papers including SAP’s industry strategy whitepaper “Best Practice IT for the Bulk Construction Materials Industry”.
